Audi presents in a few minutes ago the new-generation Audi A4 with over 12 million units being sold in its 40 year history and A4 Avant, and will make official debut on the Frankfurt, next September.

Stylistically, in the front we see a new wider and more large hexagonal grille, new luminaires with integrated LED daytime running lights, the back of the luminaires with the sharp-edged feature traditional LED graphics of Audi.

At 4.73 meters (15.5 ft) long and with a wheelbase of 2.82 meters (9.3 ft), the new Audi A4 and A4 Avant have a confident stance on the road. The luggage compartment is announced only for the Avant version and reaches 505 liters, while folding the rear seat 40/20/40 reaches 1,510 liters, and is larger than the main competitors.

Mechanically, the new Audi A4 and A4 Avant will be available with seven engines, three TFSI and four TDI from 150 to 272 hp, and fuel consumption compared with the previous model, thas been reduced by up to 21 percent.

The new four-cylinder 1.4-liter TFSI engine delivers 150 hp and 250 Nm of torque. In combination with the 7-speed automatic transmission, the car can go from 0 to 100 km/h in 8.9 sec, and the the top speed of 210 km/h (130 mph), the Audi A4 need just 4.9 liters/100 km, while emitting 114 g/km CO2.

The gasoline ultra model 2.0 TFSI delivers 190 hp and 320 Nm of torque and 1,450 and 4,200 rpm. can go from 0 to 100 km/h in 7.3 seconds and a top speed of 240 km/h (149 mph), for the A4 needs 7.5 seconds and 238 km/h (148 mph) and both with S tronic, need 8 liters/100 kilometers for the A4 and 5.0 liters for the A4 Avant.

And the 2.0 TFSI delivers 252 hp and torque of 370 Nm between 1,600 and 4,500 rpm. In combination with 7-speed S tronic, can go from 0 to 100 km/h in 5.8 seconds, and the top speed of 250 km/h (155 mph), and new A4 Avant can from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.0 seconds and 250 km/h (155 mph).
